On Mondays, Wednesday, Friday. Direct Deposit time-slip has to be in by Friday 2:30p

How can I apply for a CMS independent contractor position?

In our office on online. You will need two forms of ID, CPR card, TB Skin Test and a resume for the application process.

Is Overtime Allowed?

Yes. However, overtime in some cases may need to be approved.

Hospitals, prisons, nursing homes, assistant living,

doctor offices, Group homes, private cases, choices program, clinics, and traveling contracts

Do you have a bonus referral program?

Yes. Bonus referrals are given for referring a LPN or RN
